SSO proceed the “Doing Business” Policy, by urging employer pay contribution through e-Payment system

 
          Mr. Suradej Waleeittikul, Secretary-General of the SSO, Ministry of Labour, said that the Ministry of Labour, Social Security Office, has proceed the Government policy by providing facilities for the Doing Business by encouraging employer to pay the contribution through electronic system (e-payment) which is the kind of sending  electronics contribution payment data, no need of paper document at all. Nowadays, employer can choose to pay the contribution through the bank account at these 7 banks as follow; Bank of Ayudhya, PCL, Citibank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd., Siam Commercial Bank PCL, Kasikorn Bank PCL, KrungThai Bank PCL,. And the bank will provide receipt and send it to the employer by mail.
          Mr. Suradej Waleeittikul also told that the process of paying contribution through e-payment of the SSO can be easily done. By filling in the application form in the SSO website (www.sso.go.th) and submit, then the system will send the username and password to the applicant by e-mail and also contact the bank to make an agreement on paying contribution by withdrawing from the employer’s bank account. The employer can promptly log in to do the electronics business with the SSO. Moreover, employer will be provided the service of the employee registration (SSO 1-03), the submission of employee registration (SSO 1-03/1), the employee’s resignation (SSO 6-09) and the insured person’s changing data (SSO 6-10) via internet system. 
          The SSO intends to develop all type of services to fulfill the benefit of employer, employee and insured person. By applying the modern information technology in providing services, including studying new kinds of services that come along with the current technology system which has been progressive developed 
in this digital era. The SSO also consider the data’s security standard and facilitation for employer, employee and insured person to receive the best services and also prevent the corruption in working process of government agencies in line with the Government policy.
